Who does God say I am?

    by Faithfilled August 31, 2018
    written by Faithfilled

    You are valuable

    Proverbs 31:10-31
A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.

    You are not forgotten

    Luke 12:6-7
Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.

    You are loved

    Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

    Jeremiah 31:3
The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying:
    “I have loved you with an everlasting love;
I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.

    Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    You are precious

    Isaiah 43:4-5
Since you are precious and honored in my sight,
    and because I love you,
I will give people in exchange for you,
nations in exchange for your life.

    Do not be afraid, for I am with you;
I will bring your children from the east
and gather you from the west.

    You are Forgiven

    1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sinsand purify us from all unrighteousness.
    Psalm 103:12
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

    You are unique

    Psalm 139:13-14
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.

    You are enough

    2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

    You are beautiful

    Song of Songs 2:10
My beloved spoke and said to me, “Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, come with me.

    1 Peter 3:3-4
Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.

    You are strong

    Philippians 4:13
I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

This is my story - one that has fueled faithfilled.. In 2022, we were expecting to welcome our little girl. But instead of preparing a nursery, we were faced with the words - “She will probably not make it to full term - couples in your situation terminate.”What followed was months of tears, prayer, and surrender. We decided to carry her for as long as her heart was beating - trusting Jesus through every moment, believing for a miracle. She had a severe case of Turners Syndrome. She passed away in my womb at 20 weeks.A week later, I gave birth and we held her tiny body. We cried, prayed. We said goodbye.Ava Grace was finally whole in the arms of the father. Her name means Life by God’s Grace. Our journey with her was filled with heartbreak, a closeness to Jesus that carried us, and peace beyond anything I knew. This journey has awakened a passion for fertility, faith, healthy & natural living and godly mothering. Now I share my story and what I have learned along the way to bring hope, build faith and help heal other moms walking through their own valleys. If you facing a storm please reach out. I'd love to connect and encourage you.
